THE TRACKS

Something begins tocan open when you start relating the different parts within you, and how they move, react and shape your experience.

The Tracks offer different ways to stay in relationship with that over time.

At the heart of this work is the exploration of your Inner Village.

This journey is rooted in Voice Dialogue — a one-to-one practice that supports awareness of the different parts of yourself, and the capacity to stay present with what is moving inside.

From this foundation, the work unfolds in different ways.

You might be drawn to exploring through group play and expression, or to deepening your understanding through one-to-one work and training.

For those who feel called to facilitate this work for others, this path grows out of your own lived experience, and develops over time through both group and one-to-one practice.

You don’t need to decide everything at once.

You can start where you are, and let your experience guide what comes next.

PLAYER'S TRACK

An embodied group journey into your inner village

This is the space where you explore through group play, expression, and relational experience. You meet what is alive in you, not alone, but in contact with others.

Over time, this becomes a way of inhabiting your inner village, allowing different aspects of you to be seen, expressed, and integrated.

VOICE DIALOGUE TRACK

A personal exploration and a training in one-to-one facilitation

This track supports a deeper understanding of your inner dynamics, while developing your capacity to accompany others in a one-to-one setting.

It is both a personal exploration and a training in facilitation, grounded in presence, listening, and precision.

FACILITATION TRACK

A path that unfolds from your oown experience of the work

For those who feel called to offer this work, this track supports the development of your way of facilitating.

It is grounded in your own experience, and in learning how to hold group processes with presence, sensitivity, and trust in what unfolds.

The Player’s Track

The Player’s Track is the core journey of Fool Expression. It is designed as a long-term path for people who want to deepen embodied expression, inner exploration, and relational presence with their parts and with each other over time.

The Player’s Track has two complementary aspects: the Main Path and the Side Path.

The Main Path

Level 1 — Fool Expression Weekend

This weekend is the entry point into the Player’s Track.

In this introduction, participants learn how to establish a safe and regulated connection with themselves.

We explore how to access and express different inner voices in an embodied and supportive way, how to feel held by the group and the audience, and how to recognise and work with discomfort as it arises.

We also explore how to find more ease and pleasure in exploratory play.

This weekend teaches the basics of the Fool Expression practice and gives access to the Level 2 retreat, as well as to the Play Weekends and Side Path retreats.

This first workshop is for you if:

  • you feel a call to express more freely, without overthinking or holding back
  • you want to be met in your natural way of moving through the world
  • you often feel too much or not enough and want a space where you can simply be
  • you sense that parts of you are ready to be seen, even if you do not yet have words for them
Level 2 — The Feast of Resources

 Five-day retreat.

This level focuses on activating the full range of inner resources and archetypal energies within the Inner Village. Participants are invited to explore and embody different qualities, expanding their access to support, strength, creativity, and presence within themselves.

Level 3 — Constellation

 Five-day retreat.

This level deepens the exploration of the Inner Village through constellations. Participants begin to externalise and play with the different parts within themselves, as well as to step into and embody each other’s inner voices. This allows for a more direct experience of inner dynamics and relationships between parts.

Level 4 — Group Play

Five-day retreat.

This level explores what emerges within the group field. Attention shifts towards group dynamics, collective movement, and the interplay between individual and shared experience. Participants meet edges around freedom, expression, belonging, and visibility within a group context.

Level 5 — Relating Play

 Five-day retreat.

This level focuses on relational interaction as a space for expansion. The work moves into what arises between people, using relationship as a way to access, reveal, and deepen the Inner Village. It brings attention to contact, projection, connection, and the dynamics that unfold in real time between participants.

The Side Path

Flexible ways to deepen the practice alongside the main journey.

The Side Path offers optional shorter weekends and themed retreats for Players who have completed at least Level 1. These experiences allow you to deepen specific aspects of the work while staying connected to the Main Path.

They are not separate from the journey, but a way of exploring certain areas more directly, depending on what is calling you.

Play Weekends

Shorter retreats from Friday evening to Sunday night, offered two or three times a year.

These weekends offer a space to return to the practice more regularly, to stay in contact with your inner village, and to continue exploring through play, expression, and relational experience.

Themed Retreats

These retreats focus on specific themes within the work and will be offered over time.

  • Fool Expression and Wild Creatures — with Rozi Hilton
  • Fool Expression, Clowning, and Synergetic Playground — with Zuma Puma
  • Fool Expression and Sexuality
  • Fool’s Elder — with Frankie Anderson, exploring the wisdom of the Fool

Each of these retreats opens a particular doorway within the practice, while remaining connected to the wider work.

Purpose of the Side Path

The Side Path offers focused experiences that expand awareness, expression, and range, while supporting the longer journey of the Player’s Track.

The Voice Dialogue Track

The Voice Dialogue Track brings in the psychological understanding of parts work. It offers language and structure to what is being experienced, and supports a more precise way of meeting the dynamics of the inner world.

Some people come into this work for their own personal development, to better understand how they function, how their patterns are formed, and how different parts of them relate to each other. Others feel a desire to bring this understanding into their professional work.

This training is often taken alongside an existing path in counselling, therapy, or another form of holding space. It is not a therapy training in itself, but a powerful tool that can deepen and support an existing practice.

The Fool Expression Facilitaton Track

For those who feel called to facilitate this work, there is a facilitation track for people who have already completed the Player’s Track and at least two years of the Voice Dialogue training.

This is a space for learning how to hold and offer the Fool Expression practice in a group setting, grounded in your own experience and in your relationship with your inner world. I will be sharing the way I hold this work, while also supporting each person to find their own way of offering it.

Fool Expression is a living practice that continues to evolve, and this track reflects that. It is not about learning a fixed method, but about developing the capacity to meet what is happening, and to allow the work to take shape through you.

There is no fixed way to move through these tracks. Some people stay in one, some move between them, and some feel a clear call to go further. You do not need to decide everything at once. You can begin where you are, and allow your experience to guide what comes next.

From here, you can explore further or get in touch.
