This retreat sits alongside the Player’s Track;  a journey of five levels of deepening play and practice. These weekends are optional add-ons, offered at least twice a year, with limited places to support depth, safety, and intimacy.

PLAY WEEKEND

You already know the magic of Fool Expression; the joy of embodying your inner village, the freedom of authentic voice, movement, and emotion. Now it’s time to take it deeper.  This weekend is dedicated to solo and group play, diving into the rich terrain of the relational field, and refining the subtle art of presence, connection, and expression.

We’ll explore how to move more fluidly between self and other, how to listen and respond with greater nuance, and how to embody your unique rhythm and style; all in a safe, supportive, and playful container.

This workshop is for you if you’re ready to take your expression to the next level; to notice when you’re overthinking or holding back, and to fully commit to gaining clarity around those patterns. It’s for those who want to own their freedom as a player in life, embracing the fullness of who they are with courage and playfulness.

You are ready to open yourself to receiving more deeply what arises within you when you are met exactly as you are — without judgment, expectation, or the need to perform. This is a call to deepen your relationship with your inner world and the parts within, to move fluidly between them, and to expand your capacity to be seen and heard in all your vibrant complexity.

What to expect:

• Deepening your solo play — tuning into your inner village with greater clarity and compassion.

• Embodied exploration of group dynamics — experiencing the power and complexity of connection in the relational field.

• Playful experiments with presence, boundaries, and responsiveness.

• A co-created container for radical honesty, creative expression, and mutual witnessing.

PRACTICALITIES:

TIMINGS : Friday 7pm to 9pm, 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

BRING:  loose and warm clothes, a blanket and a cushion.

FOOD: bring food to share for lunches and what you need for Saturdays Supper.

LOCATION: St Werbughs Primary School, Dance Hall, James St, St Werburgh’s, Avon, Bristol BS2 9US

In response to the financial situation that is strongly affecting some of us, the fees of the workshop are now organised between 3 Tiers, depending on your financial situation. This is a system that works towards more equality, mutual trust and abundance. Terms & Conditions:   If you cancel over two weeks before the start of the workshop the amount over and above the deposit is transferable to another workshop within the next 5 months. Deposit: the remaining payment needs to be paid by the 20th February 26 to secure your place.
