in moments that usually feel challenging or intense?
If Level 1 was about learning how to navigate your Inner Village and becoming familiar with the tools of this work, Level 2 opens into a deeper exploration of the richness that lives within you. It offers time and space to follow the parts that nourishing you and to discover how much strength and vitality they hold.
Within each person lives a wide range of inner resources. Many of these presences remain only partially lived, waiting for the conditions that allow them to be felt, embodied and expressed.
Connection, softness, music, nature, sensuality, rhythm, strength, silence, precision, wildness, beauty, … — each of these can become an entry point. When followed with embodied attention and careful facilitation, they open into living inner presences, into parts and sometimes into archetypal forces, each with its own texture, vitality and intelligence.
Over five days, you will have the opportunity to meet these presences directly, to strengthen your relationship with them, and to anchor their qualities in the body so they can move more freely through your daily life. Through exploration, play, being witnessed, extended Fool Expression processes and carefully held rituals, these energies are recognised and integrated within the ecology of your Inner Village.
The relational field is central to this work. The group functions as a living ecosystem in which players reflect and amplify what may be dormant or under-expressed in each other. Resources are experienced in connection and gradually embodied as one’s own.
Nervous system awareness is woven throughout the retreat. Activation, settling, contraction and openness are approached as meaningful signals that support discernment and depth. Alongside Christie, Beth brings over a decade of experience in group facilitation and her work as a Core Process Psychotherapist, offering grounded nervous system attunement and relational precision within the field.
Fool Expression remains the ground practice across the five days. It provides a structured yet alive form through which strength, vulnerability, precision and wildness can circulate within the group. Depth and play inform one another continuously.
As these inner resources become more embodied and integrated, something begins to reorganise in how you inhabit yourself. There is often a deeper steadiness in the face of intensity, a clearer sense of boundary and choice, and a widening of what feels available internally. Fear, anxiety and challenge can be met with more ground beneath you and more of your system participating in the response.
WHAT THIS RETREAT INCLUDES
Over five days we move between extended Fool Expression processes, embodied explorations, relational exercises, witnessing spaces and integration time. There is room for depth and room for digestion. The work asks for your participation, curiosity and willingness to engage with the relational field.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL DEVELOP

TESTIMONIAL
“My time at the Fool camp was life changing. Over six days, fourteen adventurous souls transformed from strangers into a loving, open-hearted family. The transformation was extraordinary, gentle and safe.
We were expertly facilitated by Christie and her team through a powerful blend of Fool Expression, Voice Dialogue and deep relational community. I was able to tackle weighty personal issues in a supportive environment and understand what it feels like to belong to a community where I had a role that supported the whole.
Most of all I shared tears and laughter in a setting where everything was welcome.”

Fool Expression is a deeply embodied and transformational practice that draws from the archetype of the Fool to access, express, and integrate the many parts within us—our Inner Village.
It is not about being funny or acting foolish, though laughter may come. It is about being willing to step into the unknown, to embody parts of us (masks, selves, subpersonalities) with authenticity, curiosity, and presence.
The Fool travels between these aspects with lightness and depth—exploring, expressing, and then stepping out—welcoming what’s next to emerge. The practice allows you to:
Access unknown or hidden parts of yourself
Journey somatically through emotions, patterns, and insigt
Alchemise discomfort through expression
Discover vitality, peace, and creativity within
We work solo, in pairs, and as a group, engaging in relational play, witnessing, ritual, and movement, supported by the safety of community and nature. Read more about Fool Expression.
This camp goes beyond personal development—it is about co-creating a Village.
You’ll explore:
- How your parts play out in group dynamics
- The power of being seen and seeing others
- Trust and transformation through collective presence
- The magic of mirroring, triggers, empathy, and shared truth
As participants, you’ll find that your Fool journeys illuminate others’ paths—and theirs, yours. This relational magic creates a sense of belonging, resonance, and communal wisdom.
We return to a deeper way of gathering: where theatre, play, and soul meet around the fire and within the heart of the Village.
If you feel the pull toward this retreat, trust that curiosity. The Feast of Resources is designed for players who want to deepen their relationship with their Inner Village and explore what becomes possible when more of themselves is available.
Come as you are. Leave more you than ever.
